The work isn't done when the stack is deployed. Ascent includes team onboarding through to real adoption, and 30 days of post-launch tuning after that. What we build runs in your environment on your accounts, and the version we deliver is yours to keep running whether or not you continue with us.
After an Ascent, most operations keep moving. Tools change, the team grows, new edge cases surface. Retained Altitude is a monthly cadence for keeping the stack current: monthly tuning, quarterly whole-system evaluation, and on-call availability for the decisions in between.
